Service Description
If you need to be away for the day or just need to make sure your beloved pet is fed, watered and let out for toilet breaks during the day, just leave it to Mark. You can rely on us to make a couple of visits to your home to make sure all is well. Weekdays: 2x 20 minute call ins (1 morning/1 afternoon): £8.00 per day Saturday and/or Sunday: 2x 20 minute call ins (1 morning/1 afternoon): £10.00 per day Please contact Mark with your needs: 07404 302754 Payments must be made prior to the service being provided and can be made in cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Cancellation Policy
Terms of Service Booking a service with Pets Plus One constitutes an agreement to these policies. 1. Services Provided: Pets Plus One agrees to provide professional services as outlined in the agreed-upon service. This includes dog walking (various durations), pet sitting & home-visits. Services are only provided to customers who have fulfilled the prior (free) Meet & Greet. 2. Booking/Scheduling: All services are scheduled either by email or phone bookings in advance. We commit to being available Monday-Sunday, and will provide adequate notice of any changes in availability. On occasion, arrival/drop-off times are accurate to within 30mins. 3. Emergency Contact & Information: Clients will provide accurate emergency contact information for the pet(s) receiving services. Pets Plus One will promptly communicate any issues, emergencies, or updates regarding the pet(s) during the service period. 4. Pet Care Responsibilities: Pets Plus One agrees to provide pet care in a professional and compassionate manner. This includes safety, health, and well-being during the period. 5. Cancellation/Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule walks/sittings with at least 24hrs notice. Pets Plus One reserves the right to charge an 80% cancellation fee for short-notice cancellations (less than 24hrs). 6. Payments: Payment for services will be made BEFORE a walk/sitting via cash, card or bank transfer. Pricing breakdown is available within the website under each individual Service. 7. Insurance & Liability: Pets Plus One is insured for liability, injury, or accidents that may occur during the course of their provision of services. Clients are responsible for any veterinary expenses resulting from their pet's injury or illness. 8. Security Measures: Pets Plus One will take reasonable security measures during walks, including secure leash handling and ensuring the dog(s) are properly secured at the end of the walk. All security requirements will be agreed upon in advance. Client house keys handed over as part of any agreement will be securely kept during the agreed period. 9. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate & up-to-date information about their pet(s), including health conditions, behaviour issues, and any special instructions. Clients are also responsible for ensuring their pet(s) are up-to-date on vaccinations. 10. 10 Walks offer: The 10x 30 and 60 minute walk offers at a lower rate can only be availed once per customer.
